shiva etherport se30 driver?

All, I wonder if a driver for my Shiva etherboard can be found?
Apparently this has been sold under many manufacturer names.

Thanks. Card itself is different, but seems like it uses the same -ish chip DP8390CN versus DP8390DN on mine. I'll have a go with that.
