SE Kensington System Saver?

I stumbled across this which has me scratching my head ...

Is that some kind of unique Kensington System Saver or does this guy's SE/30 differ from mine in some respect? There are no vents on top of the SE series, much less in the handle which the KSS is designed to vent from. So, what exactly is this System Saver doing for the guy?

the caption says system saver not specifically se system saver

and its not doing anything thats just a normal system saver

I can't get the picture to load. The only thing I can think that might make it different from earlier ones though is that Apple was supposed to have to have used a picture tube with a longer neck at one point necessitating a slightly deeper case design then the Plus and earlier models. I am not sure where the cutoff is though. It may be the Classic and Classic II that use the longer picture tube and not the SE.
