SE hard drive found by SCSI probe, how can I repair the drive to work?

While SCSI probe sees the drive, can't seem to get it on the desktop or anything. How/what program can I use to get the HD up? I fear I may need to re-initialize and lose any programs on it. Thanks.

I've found APS Power Tools to be really good for this over the years. It would mount items that would not mount to the desktop on their own for a variety of reasons e.g. I had a secondary IBM drive that I just could not get the timing right for its startup notification and used it for that one for literally years before I tired of it and changed out the drive.

You could also have a look at Mt. Everything 1.1.1 and its documentation .

However, at this point, everything would be experimental, and you run the risk of losing all information.

Thanks guys, for all your suggestions. Can I get the APS off of macintosh garden? I do have LIDO, so I will give that a go first.

Are you sure the drive is still ok ?

Most are junk today, and Scsi Probe is probably only able to detect the board, but not much more.
