Sad Mac sound no video for q950.

I recently acquired q950. When I turn it on it I got sad Mac chime and no video. What should I be looking to identify the issue? I removed the power supply to the the picture of the board. Boot up test was with nothing else inserted.

You don’t have any RAM installed. Install at least 4 SIMMs of the same size in one bank.

Thank you. That did it. It’s booting with video now.
