Replacement Portable (M5120) Screen, where to find?

I'm after a replacement screen (actually two would be ideal) for a Portable, where do I find one these days?

if not on ebay, good luck! not so easy to come by these days unless you find a parts left over unit from a system with a screwed logic board.
