recapped Mac SE with alternating vertical back and white bars

Just recapped a Mac SE board and now I get a weird pattern of alternating black and white vertical bars. I've seen similar on a MacPlus but never an SE. I have tried reseating the ROMS and different RAM with no change. The really weird part is after about 10 seconds the lines go away and it boots normally. Any ideas?

Back ya go to check your recaps! Marginal trace somewhere, some vias there look light on solder.
