Recap a factory-new board?

Hi, I've got a "packaged new from factory" board replacement for Powerbook 190.
Already tested and it works.

Question: should I recap its electrolytics capacitors before to finally mount it in the PB190?

Yes. No real good reason not to if you've got the skills, and will save you time 5 years from now.

Yep, they still leak/age even when not used. NOS parts should be treated the same as everything else.
