Hello 

i have this card but i can not find manuals,software  or infos on the web , i tested on my Macintosh Iicx , Ci and quadra 700 but is not recognized 

anyone can help me ?

That is the card that belongs to the RdiusTV setup (there is a breakout box pictured on the link below). Usable for displaying and capturing TV signals, mostl likely not supported after OS 7.1.
