Quick 128k questions

Opened up my 2 original 128k’s to lube the floppy drives. Noticed the different processors. Is one an earlier version i would assume? Also i have a 3rd 128k someone upgraded to a plus or 512ke which i dont want as i have a plus. So if i buy the 342-0220-a and 342-0221-a roms will this convert it back to a 512k with 400k floppy?

Ok, so i know a 0101 board is probably worth more but i do have a 512k board and a 400k floppy so may just sell the 0101. I just need the floppy bracket and a 400k floppy cable. I assume that the cables are different from a 800k?? The floppy bracket in this 128k only holds a 800k drive.
