Quadra 650 VRAM

Before i order 2x 512kb VRAM for my Quadra 650:

1. Is there any information i need to know in regards to latency of the chips and a 40MHz overclock?
2. Is it possible to use 2x 1MB VRAM? The documentation i have found says 2x 512 is all that's possible.

I can answer my own question:

1. 80ns is fine
2. 512kb are onboard, to get the maximum of 1MB you need 2x 256kb. Once again Everymac has wrong information:

No need for me, i already have 2x 256kB. But if i had to buy new, i would consider those in 80ns:
