Programs appearing off screen

I have a Mac IIci that I pulled a NuBus video card from running System 7.1 and now most programs are appearing off screen. I have tried resetting the PRAM, but that has not done any good. Any ideas on how to reset the video settings back to using the onboard video for everything?

If the menubar is showing up on the monitor connected to internal video, open up the Monitors control panel, then drag the two desktop images in the arrange desktop pane of the control panel so they're stacked. That should fix it.

+ also check your monitor adapter, if it has DIP switches force it to 640 X 480. If using an LCD, go into the menu and reset settings.

After doing some further testing it turns out the System File had gotten some corruption. After restoring it from a backup everything is working again.
