PowerMac G4 Sawtooth Upgrade with Quicksilver CPU Daughterboard

I've ordered an 800 Mhz CPU daughterboard salvaged from a later Quicksilver model G4 intending to upgrade my PowerMac G4 Sawtooth model from 450 Mhz. How do I power the Quicksilver card correctly and is there any software or additional modifications I need?

Unfortunately, a Quicksilver CPU card will not physically fit in a Sawtooth without modification to the logic board. It will hit the second IDE connector. The connector would need to be removed; either cut off or desoldered, for the later CPU card to fit.

On second thought does anyone need a Quicksilver CPU?

The 800MHz cards aren't much sought after because they don't have any L3 cache, but I might have a use for it. Would you take $30 shipped?

I'll trade you for a SATA card so I can install a proper disc drive that doesn't make such funny noises. Twenty bucks more though and you've got a deal.
