Powerbook g4 titanium makes weird buzzing noise

Hi guys I'm really frustrated as to why my powerbook g4 titanium will not turn on. Whenever I press the PMU reset button, power button or just simply plug in the charger, it makes this strange buzzing sound that I've recorded on audio and video. You may need to turn up your volume to hear it though. I honestly have no idea what is going on here. The laptop doesn't turn on either. Does anyone know what's causing this sound? By the way on the audio file I am pressing the power button and then it makes the buzzing sound.

Best answer: Excellent it worked I press shift+ctrl and power button, release and press the power button again a few seconds later.. delete and off button and it worked. Thank you...
