As long as you have PC Exchange control panel (7.5+) or the File Exchange application (7.1, on the TidBits disk or maybe in 'Apple Extras') then they should work just fine.
As far as I know, System 7.x PC exchange does not support FAT32. I know earlier versions do not, but I'm not certain about 7.6. Remember, Microsoft didn't implement FAT32 until Windows 95 OSR2 in 1996. This may not prove to be a problem though, as floppy disks are normally formatted as FAT12 if "DOS" or "FAT" are selected.
