PowerBook 190

I have 2 PowerBook 190, both mono - one will be used as donor PowerBook for parts - one isn't working, one does startup but has sad mac.

I haven't yet opened it up/tear down to see what's going on inside it - do they need to be recap?

Yes, they do.  I also have a 190 (CS) and haven't gotten around to it.  The power circuitry under the trackpad needs to be recapped, probably the power adapters, and probably the LCD.
