Power Mac 9600 200 mhz start up problem

hello everyone, I have a problem with my ppc 9600 it was given to me as untested. was for seven years a garage, this mac will not start, I checked everything, scsi chain, ram eventually I located the problem in two areas or CPU or motherboard.

This mac does GONG start but will not start, PRAM impossible (I think because it stops the processor and does not go ahead), the strange thing is that if I make the CUDA reset leave the mac with power disconnected for 1 hour then part of it, but I do it every time ... I also changed the backup battery with a new one but the problem is the same ..

Another thing this mac has been done to upgrade to 233 MHz with a CPU NOT APPLE I saw that (in addition to the problems already destritti) always gave error ADDRESS ERROR ERROR ERROR 11. 12, I changed it with a cpu of a 9500 150 Mhz and things are better, but the problem remains semrtpe startup.
The few times that the mac part goes very well and is fast.
thanks to those who can help me.

Do you have a Mac serial cable? I've never tried this when I had a Mac of this era but I've read you can asssass Open Firmware using such a cable. It PROBABLY needs to be adapted to be a null modem cable. With it hooked up to another machine, hold ⌘ Cmd+⌥ Option+O+F at boot. Then you run terminal software on the other machine. It sounds like Zterm would work for Classic Mac and PuTTY would work on Windows.(though getting an adaptor for Windows is hard.) Linux and OS X can use the "screen" command. Some of this comes for quick Google searches so I could be wrong about some of it.

Ounce connected you can PROBABLY dionose your problem. Every implementation of OpenFirmwar is slightly different but a basic guild can be found here:

http://www.firmworks.com/QuickRef.html. I can't be any more help since I have barley played with OpenFrimware on machines that don't  need serial cables to access it.
