Performa 600 w/Daystar Turbo 040 missing option to Disable Memory Test

I have a Performa 600 with a DayStar Turbo 040 accelerator. The option to Disable Memory Test is missing in Advanced Features in the QuadControl Control Panel. I have tested the accelerator in a IIci and the did not have that issue. Is this expected behavior in a Performa 600? I have attached a few screen shots.
