PC Compatibility Card File and Virtual PC

Hey all,

I just had a thought to re-use my existing DOS/PC disk image file from my Performa 640CD DOS machine using Virtual PC on my PowerMac G3. I discovered that while VPC appears to know what kind of file it is, it apparently cannot read it directly and does not give me any options for conversion. I just wondered if anyone had attempted such a thing or know of any way to accomplish this, aside from using something like Ghost from within either environment.

Thanks!

Jon

Probably two different worlds (and years apart); I'd look into perhaps copying the contents of your DOS compatibility image file whilst using it, on to say a DOS formatted Zip disk/external drive. COPY *.* /S, if my DOS commands are still clear :)
