PB3400C Launcher question, does your Launcher allow groups?

The Launcher on this PB3400C has buttons at top with Labels for groups of apps like Communication, Apps, Utilities, etc.
How can I add this to my other Mac's? There are no preferences I can find. Also, Is there an extension that can Auto-hide the top menu bar?
Also, This 3400C DOES allows clamshell operation, i.e. works with an external monitor, mouse, and keyboard with the lid closed.
According to Google AI, my G3 Wallstreet won't do this due to overheating when the lid is closed. The unit vents thru the keyboard.
Anybody tried this?

that's more than a launcher question

launcher has it's own "Launcher Items Folder", that's what it builds off of.

the menu bar? possibly, but seems like a lot of pain for not much gain.
