PB180 CCFL replacement?

Has anyone replaced the CCFL in a PB180 display? Or done a LED conversion? Mine seems... tired; takes a while to warm up and doesn't ever get that bright. This site seems to have ones that would likely fit (https://www.ccflwarehouse.com/ccfllamps.html), but I'm unsure on sizing. Any have experience with this?

not sure what a "bulb kit" is but that's what I'd assume it is. It's listed on page 264 of this service guide, but only for the 165 unlike what the website says

If LED you won't find a pre-made kit, expect some experimentation with the LED tubing, shifts in placement and where you tape it down in the CCFL channel. Ideally an LED strip you can chop up
