I tried to clean the heads with a long wood Q-tip without disassembly, now it won't read discs.

Anybody ever work on one of these Mitsubishi MF355H-498MA drives?
I know they're cheap, I just want to try to fix it. I've got an extra I can swap parts with. I'll post a follow up if I can fix it.
