Ok, so I installed OS X 10.2 to my external 80 GB firewire HD. I used disc 1 (And it never asked for disc 2). It installed, and said to restart the computer. I did. It loaded into OS 9, which then I selected the Firewire External drive which under version said OS X. I selected it and restarted. Now there is no video signal, and my monitor says check video cable. I have tried booting to the CD again by holding down c. Nothing happens. I tried holding down option for boot manager? Nothing happened. So now Im stuck with nothing. What do I do? I really wanted to use OS X...
Is this monitor problem or computer?
Can I unplug the adapter for my monitor (LCD) and plug it back in while the computers on to see if I get a signal? Or will it hurt the computer?
