I can appreciate the craftsmanship that went into doing this, but it's a lot of work to be ruined by such an awful paintjob - osx looks unusable on that thing too.

Have to admit though, apart from the terrible stickers, the craftsmanship put into that thing is A++.

why did he do this? one of the best (if not THE best) mini-in-CC mods I´ve seen so far. but what the heck is wrong with him putting these ugly stickers on there?

I browsed most of the projects on that site and I have got to say this: Why. Why did he have to make it SO bad.

I agree this is an excellent mod, and that the stickers don't look very good (but I'm guessing it's a present for someone).

My real issue, though, is that while it's very nice, it's not a CC anymore. I'm not a CC purist, but I think when you over over the original floppy slot, with it's "sideways smile" finger indentation, and then move the optical disk slot up, you fundamentally change the CC design.

Wow, that SE/30 really got trashed. What a waste. I'd LOVE to find one of those in any condition. I'd love even more to save one from the modders

I must say that while I am a bit biased by living in Japan, those "stickers" are about the nicest looking stickers I've seen. The modder certainly gives an all new meaning to the Flower Power Mac!

To my eyes, it's a very tasteful and stylish mod. And I say this as someone who normally doesn't like most Classic Mac mods he sees.

I too thought of the Flower Power iMac. Maybe next they'll try to come up with a CC version of Blue Dalmatian?
