Newton 110 bad recap job

I bought this Newton 110 working. Then it decided to stop working. The ad said they had recapped it. Opened it up and found this loose capacitor and really bad soldering job. Is this fixable?

I would have thought so, yes.

Yes i don’t see why it won’t be.

The best option is to remove this capacitor and to solder a tantalum instead, smaller and better suited.
