I think it would be need if there were basic diagrams of the cards showing PCB layout and such for quick ident and just the neat factor.

Well, we're trying to follow the standard format that's being used in the video card guide, so it might become disorganized if we add another category.

I believe that http://stason.org/ has PCB layouts for the majority of well-known cards.
