There was one in the US that offered services through eBay if I recall and service went haywire a year ago. I don’t know if anyone in the US that does it commercially. 
 

There is Bruce at Branchus Creations in Sidney Australia that does a fantastic job. 
 

Or maybe someone here would be willing to do it for you. I would but I can’t bring in anything right now and my luck on SE/30 boards isn’t good. They are a bit old and often traces are rotted as well, more so than other Macs.

There are indeed a couple of members willing to do that on the forum. I won't mention them by name in case they don't want it publicized that they do it (one reached out to me by personal message...). And from what I recall, this person who did work for me didn't want to make a busy business of it, but just keep it as a way to help out forum members. I had my SE/30 re-capped by them and their fees are exceptionally reasonable.

Hopefully they'll see this thread and if they have time, they'll reach out.

I can if it's just a single board, or maybe two or three. But I have a job so... But I'm happy o help for a little side money. I have everything in stock.
