The logic board is usually fine, but the power supplies often fail.
But... If it runs fine with no issues, leave it. Best to think about recapping a newer machine like this when it needs it, not wasting money doing it early.
The PSU is indeed what needs recapping on these, as they were heavily affected by the capacitor plague of the 2000s. I just recapped a dead one (which had a few that were bulging) and it's come back to life.
