When I saw this I at first thought it was one of those Apple Computer ones they sold in the 1983-ish catalog. However, I could use one of the ones like 4seasonphoto bought for the sole purpose of cutting pork chops (don't ask me why, they never turn out tender--and sometimes I want something that sharp to cut them!)
