Moving files from Powerbook 180c?

External SCSI network adapter? There was an Asante on ebay a couple of days ago.
Other SCSI device such as Zip or Jaz drives, or a serial connection and a terminal emulator with zmodem support?
I'd say google around a bit, there's a few methods, you'd have to find one that fits your equipment/ability to acquire equipment.
Worst case, build a dialup server with a Raspberry Pi (google DreamPi) and use that to connect to your network, and then FTP the files using a client like Fetch.

The absolute easiest/cheapest way would be to use a LocalTalk connection to another old world mac with a serial port if you have one available to you.  Any machine that came before the iMac should work.

All you need to do is simply run a plain old serial mini-DIN-8 cable from the printer port of one Mac to the printer port of the other to create a LocalTalk network between two machines.

I wish more forums had ways of liking or thumbsup'ing individual posts.
