Mouse bottom pads

What's the best way to get source new pads for the bottom of old ADB mice that have lost them?

Which ones ? The square ones or the later ?

Both of them from the bottom of an original Apple Desktop Bus Mouse. I also have a Apple Desktop Bus Mouse II but I think that one still has all of its pads.
