TT, I'd be surprised if it worked. The PLA chip on the daystar adapter connects to pins on the powercache that, according to apple's cache slot spec, are unused. This means daystar was leveraging unused cache slot pins in an ad-hoc fashion. These pins are inactive when the card is in a IICI, but become active (and vital) when plugged into a CPU or PDS adapter. For the mobius to function, mobius would have either needed to coordinate their designs with daystar, or matched them by sheer coincidence. Both are very unlikely.
Basically, the PDS adapter gives you a daystar-specific cache slot.
