miro Rainbow Q1 v1.6 PDS Display Card in Quadra 700

I found a miro Rainbow Q1 PDS video card in a Quadra 700 that I picked up recently. It did come with a hard drive, but it was a fresh install of OS 8.0 and there were not any drivers/control panels/extensions. I am having a difficult time getting video out of the card despite trying multiple CPs that were generously shared with me by Maik from mirosupport.de (and also the same drivers by mac-hut over on Reddit). Thankfully the Quadra 700 has built-in video so I am able to troubleshoot. I have tried both System 7.1 and 7.5.5. I have also tried resetting the PRAM. Does anyone have experience with this card or have any recommendations? Thank you so much!

If it doesn't appear in TattleTech you may be in for a bit of pain. Is the ROM on the card intact?

I think so? It all looks pretty clean. When I do not have the card slotted into the board, I do not get the "Nubus/PDS Slot# = $0E, Pseudo Nubus Slot# = 1" so at some level it seems like the card is getting detected.
