Macintosh SE crt making weird noises

I recently was on my Macintosh SE and after using it on and off for about 2 hours (turning it on, adding software, powering off, waiting a few minutes and repeating) I heard a strangle crackle noise from the crt. It first happened after doing the last cycle, where it made a noise similar to the noise a wooden wick candle makes, although it was quieter, and for about 2 seconds. then I powered it on 10 minutes later it made the noise again but it lasted longer, and gave me a sad Mac icon, with a ton of screen artifacts. but after waiting a few days and leaving it unplugged, I turned it on again and it made the same noise although it was much shorter, but successfully booted. Does anyone know what is causing this and how I can fix it?

Not really sure what causes it, but I'd look for cracked solder joints on the analog board (the one with the white protective plastic board on it).
If found, they need resoldering.
