Macintosh 128k, 512k and Plus Analog board model numbers

Hi all,

What is the difference between the 630-0102 and 630-0108 Analog boards ? I thought it was that the 102 was a 110v and the 108 was a 240v board but I have recently seen a photo of a 108 board with a 110v sticker.

P/N 630-0108 is the "International" version of the analog / power 'board, which can be configured for 110V (jumper W12 if memory serves?). The original (630-0102) 'board is 110v only.

What gets confusing is that the same component IDs are found on both of them, but DO NOT always correspond to the same component.

There's much more information out there (thanks to Mr. Pina) for the 110v only (earlier) 'board.

Thanks, with the 108 board is the only change to make it 110v using the jumper at W12 ? From what I can see the 110v 108 board looks the same as my 240v 108 obviously with the exception of W12.

Not 100% sure, I've never tried so YMMV!!
I have converted a Classic A/B from 220V to 110V, but that required a couple of jumpers and capacitor adjustments...

Are you in need of a 110V A/B? I might have a working original one...

No a 240v one, I am thinking about grabbing the 108 11v and taking certain components from that to use in the 240v selectively to try and fix it. I have replaced the caps today and some of the diodes next steps are the rectifiers, opto etc. Some of these are hard to find as discrete parts now.

Be careful... I know for a fact Q12 on the 240v <> Q12 on the 110v version! There are other differences too... 😞

Unfortunately, there's not much documentation (and no schematic AFAIK) for the "International"...
