Mac Plus - Horrible horizontal lines

Hi All,

Recapped Mac Plus giving attached screen shot on boot. Not sure what to do with this? Anya advice?

Is there a bong when the plus boots? If not, then it may be a problem with the ROM.

CRT scan line, this is present when voltage is too high or brightness out of specs..

What are the voltages ?

Replacing chip reference U2 on the analog board with this: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/595-SN74LS38N should do the trick

I'm having the same problem and everything says to do this

Even the dead mac scrolls
