Mac Classic logic board hard drive port won't wok

The hard drive plug on the analog board of my Mac Classic doesn't work. Repair suggesting?

It is possible that it could be the cable. I'm not sure if it's possible to do this but maybe taking a voltmeter to the female part of the connector on the analog board and testing for voltage may help you determine the issue.

Alright, so I swapped out the analog board with my other Mac Classic, and now the port works - for the first 15 or so seconds. Then the hard drive powers down

Recap your analog board, probably leaking caps, most of them are 2200 µf and 1200 µf.
