Mac 512 logicboard repair

My uncle has a 512 that will not accept input from a keyboard or mouse? (Both known good kB and mouse). Logicboard does boot to finder just fine, crt looks great.

does anyone one know what chips/components lie along this/these io paths?

Look at Inside Macintosh volume III. The mouse is attached to the 8530 SCC and 6522 VIA. The VIA tracks X,Y movement of the mouse, while the SCC sends interrupts to the 68000 CPU when the mouse is in fact moved.
