Looking for someone who is able to recap a SE30 (Europe Preferably)

Hello to all. 

I am looking for someone who is able to recap my board of an good old SE30. I would prefer someone from Europe.  

I attached two pictures of it. If more a needed please let me know. The problem is that the SE30 is not able to boot. It only shows vertical lines on the screen. I tried this board also with a different PSU which is working fine.
