I have this card in my SE. The card works without driver/control panel if I run System 6.
According to a Byte magazine article (page 147) from 1988, the card came with a control panel CDEV.
This software is nowhere to be found. But I came across this post and in the listing at Goodwill there is a diskette!
I hope the buyer of that listing reads this and posts the software to macintosh garden.org and/or archive.org
