Thanks to BGoins12, I am know the proud owner of Lombard 333 MHz. The laptop is in excellent condition. I had one of these in college and reacquiring it really takes me back. When I moved into my first apartment back then, this little guy and my neighbor's unsecured wifi as my only link till I could convince comcast to finally turn on my cable a month later! Thanks again BGoins12!

As a side note, anyone have a Pismo they are interested in unloading? I'd like to complete the set.

Good to see it made it there in one piece... well it should have... I wrapped it in bubble wrap 2 inches thick on all sides. I don't joke around with packing stuff.

Hope you enjoy it!

Ask me in late May. If I get the 12" G4 I've been promised, I'd probably be looking to find a new home for mine. (500mhz, 1gb RAM, 40 gb disk)

Nice acquisition. I very seriously considered taking that off BGoin's hands. I'm glad to hear it got a good home! I just couldn't justify it right now...

Someday I would like to find a nice 500 MHz Pismo, since that was the most powerful of that design PowerBook, which I've wanted ever since the the Wallstreet came out in 1998. In my opinion the coolest looking Apple laptops since the 500 series (especially the Lombard/Pismo), and arguably the best looking Apple laptop to date. The current style unibody MacBook Pros come close in my mind, but I may be swayed my the fact it is what I'm typing on now. The clamshell iBooks come close in my opinion too. They were a great answer to "How do you make a laptop that compliments the iMac?" I'm just judging 'Books by their cover here and not talking specs, expansion or capabilities. But I'm rambling again so I'll cut it out.

In closing, good score. :approve:
