LC with white screen after recap.

LC was booting fine before recap. I did the recap and turned on to test it. It got the run running and turned off. So checked to see if everything was good. Turns out C13 cap was installed opposite. I fixed it. After that I got the fan running and boot chime but white screen. I unplugged the PSU let it sit for few hours. I plugged back on. This time without realizing I didn’t fully insert the PSU. I got no boot chime or fan running. But I got video but it got stuck on the mouse screen didn’t get to boot screen. What can I do here?

try resetting the PRAM by holding command-option-P-R on startup until you hear a second chime

I tried that and I never get second chime.

Have you boot with or without battery? without battery the LC have white screen i think.
