I was going through some old boxes that I had sitting in storage for ages when I found this. I've never been able to find any info on it.
The board is marked MODAM MAC PLUS I/F REV A PN X18-S02 on the top side and © 1990 MEMORY PLUS on the bottom. The markings have been scrubbed from the PLCC chip. There's 512KB? (4 x m5m4c256l) of RAM, an empty socket for a crystal oscillator, a clip lead on a single wire and a connector with 9 pins. On the bottom of the board is a socket that appears to clip over an existing DIP 68000.
I'd have thought an accelerator would need more than 512KB of on board ram for it to be worthwhile, but what else could it be?
