Is it possible to build a half Pismo half PDQ Powerbook G3

The Powerbook G3 is my favorite laptop by far. But the best version (Pismo) is really ugly. Has anyone ever attempted swapping the top case of the Wallstreet PDQ and keyboard onto a Pismo? Keeping the performance while retaining the look of the PDQ (the best looking laptop of all time)

you could rip the keys off a tibook keyboard and put 'em on the pismo keyboard I think.

But why not just use the PDQ? It's good enough :)

Yeah this- I use firewire, usb, and wifi cards in my Wallstreet/PDQ's- they're in my opinion the best (portable) bridge machines out there as they're pretty much a beige g3 shoved in a laptop case.

that said, I seem to recall seeing people swapping ibook and tibook keycaps onto a pismo...

The bronze keyboard is really weird looking and the white Apple logos are super out of place. The PDQ looks much better with its logo placements.
Here's another option. The bronze keyboard has always been boring and I finally did something about it.
