Will profiler read cpu speed as 400 mhz if the cpu is a 350 cpu and the block is white?

Apple System Profiler will read the CPU speed as whatever it is, if it's an Apple CPU. I'm under the impression that if you overclock a 350 to 400, ASP will read it as such.
If profiler says you have a 400, it's safe to say that you actually have a 400MHz processor.
If profiler says you have a 400, it's safe to say that you actually have a 400MHz processor.
The cpu is a apple 350 mhz cpu and the jumper is white like the 266mhz cpu one.
