Imagewriter 1 and macintosh plus

I have a macintosh plus and would like to hook up my image writer 1 to it. nut they have different connecters.

Well, you need a new cable.

Here's one that will fit.

The one you have is for a 128k/512k Mac.

would there be any software to run the printer

It's all build in. Just select the printer using the "chooser" (Desk Accessory) and you're ready to go.

The ImageWriter printer driver will need to be in the System Folder in order to select it in the Chooser. It should be installed automatically, but if it's not there, a copy should be easy to locate.

I have recieved the cable and connected to the macintosh but whenever i try to print it form mac write it wont print

Never mind i got it working

but i got a floppy stuck in the drive ( check my other post)
