IIx, Plus and IIsi!

Tomorrow I'm helping out my school's environmental club bring electronics to a recycling event in Stuyvesant Town, and as part of the deal I can take whatever Mac stuff I find back in the school's basement.

What I know is down there already:

A Mac Plus. It's in bad shape (screen is a checkerboard mess + sad mac when turned on) but I think it has potential. Found it's keyboard but no mouse.

A IIx. Didn't want to boot when I tested it but it may just be a dead PRAM batt.

A IIsi. Not tested.

There may have been some other stuff added to the pile as well since October. Here's hoping it's a good day! I'll keep everyone posted.

I've got a surprise! I'll let the picture speak:

I had NO idea that would be down there! I actually know that computer - I remember seeing it in a back office in the basement waaaaay back in Freshman year. I wanted it then, but I couldn't have it :( . But now I do have it! Btw, that AppleDesign keyboard is so cheap feeling compared to my Extended II. This thing sounds AWESOME when it plays the Reeks startup chime.

The IIx I decided to leave behind. It was in bad shape (severely yellowed), didn't want to boot and smelt JUST like my rusty IIcx (which I got rid of today). I took the video card (Mac II Video with maxed out RAM) and sent the rest to the recycler.

The IIsi, unlike the other one, did not explode or cause any unnecessary scares. However, it doesn't give any video, but I probably just need an older monitor. HD spins up and it sounds like it's booting.

The Plus. Can't open the case - those top screws behind the handle are a real pain. Already know that it needs work.

The Apple IIe. Very yellowed, board is actually rusty at points, don't trust myself plugging it in. Not sure what to do next.
