IIcx with Zip drive termination problem?

Have a IIcx with a SCSI2SD (v5) and a ROM-inator II.

The Zip drive works just once after each power-up. Second boot seem to obstruct the SCSI2SD, leaving just the  flashing-question-mark-disk on screen.

Is this a termination problem?

Do they have the same SCSI ID, and do both have termination enabled?

The Zip drive uses ID5 and SCSI2SD ID0 -- both are terminated.

I would use SCSI Probe or something similar to verify the SCSI IDs are correct.

Used Lido to verify. ID:s are correct.  :-/
