Identify this video card?

Does anyone recognise this video card, it's nubus, somewhere year 1993, suspicious came out from Macintosh II series. Anyone knows?

The previous seller doesn't remember what it is and just gave it to me.

I'm thinking that label says 2685 which according to this chart http://home.earthlink.net/~gamba2//images/rasterops_card_chart.gifwould make it a rasterops paintboard lightning

Check the usual places for TattleTech and run it with the board installed. The NuBus/PDS report will tell you what it is.
