iBook G3/366 SE Clamshell power issues

I have a 366 SE Graphite. it was working fine until a few weeks ago

now it won't power up. Green light by the charger is ON

tried all PMU resets available

nothing. HD does not spin. no sound whatsoever

replaced the Supercapacitor since it appeared to have leaked.. cleaned the board also

now the charger starts amber for a few seconds, than turns green

I measured 4.9V over the supercapacitor while plugged in.

but still doesn't turn on

DC-in board looks fine.. I can find 23V near C53 SMC capacitor

any ideas?
