How do you remove the PM 5500 fan/HS?

A while back, I determined that the installation issues with my PM 5500/250 I had were due to dried CPU grease. I'm stuck on how to take out the heatsink and fan assembly though. Any tips?

Doesn't it have clips on the under-side of the board? (All of the 5x00/6x00 machines I've had do).
